 They explain why they have so many case studies is because half of the last course agreed to track their results and     50 people volunteered to provide case studies and even their domain names.

The video also discusses why most SEO campaigns don’t work, why leverage is important – get more for less effort and why not all links have the same value for search engines. Nothing earth shattering here but it does make sense.

They also include the PDF of case studies and some other downloads.

The next video is about entire content of the course – do not need to freak out – don’t have to do it all – doing only a couple of things really well will show results.

So it has been only 3 days since I started and this website is already in Google and coming up as #5 for Link Liberation course – really jazzed about that.  I have not started using the Link Liberation methods yet so it obviously cannot be attributed to that but nonetheless it is off to a good start.

The second video – again and introduction to the course but it is a little more meaty.  It shows the basic premise of how the link building works and how you can leverage what is already out there on the intenet to get your own backlinks.

Video 1 – Power to the People

Great introduction the the Link Liberation course. I’d say this was a “curiosity intensifier” and did peak my interest as there just does not seem to be an simple (legimitate) method to get massive amounts of links.

The video then gets into the new way of link building and introduces workflows like leverage engines without going into detail.

The next video goes into more detail.

Dan Thies and Leslie Rohde have released the second video in their Link Liberation series and if you missed the first one, that’s ok…you can find it on the side bar.

Leslie basically reveals one of the key strategies to their plan to save Internet Marketers from the headache of ever chasing links again. They call it an “abstract engine”.

It’s about leveraging existing online conversations, add your own opinion, and then re-use it out all across the web.

When people join in, you get links. When they give you links, and in theory  – and on it goes.

I don’t think there is a magic bullet to link building and no matter what, there will always be work involved. However, I remain open to maybe doing it in ways I have not done before and I really like the idea of leveraging social media – it is the way of the future …

Day one starts with the video 1 and an introduction to Link Liberation. I don’t know about you but my inbox is full of the next thing that is going to bring my websites over the top. It is really easy to be skeptical. After several years and lots of hype, I rarely now believe or buy the latest and greatest. This however has my interest. Tommorrow they release another video and then the video that will show actual sites that have used the methods in Link Liberation and how it worked. I will be watching with interest!
